  3/26/18 update - Cothran representatives responded to my complaints and issues, I've upgraded my rating.
  
  Their service after the closing is seriously lacking. When a warranty problem is reported, it's always a struggle to get it fixed - they argue that there isn't a problem, it isn't their problem or they just don't fix it. They give you their customer satisfaction survey immediately after you've moved in when everything is rosy - they wouldn't dare give you one 6 months later after problems surface and you try to get them fixed. After a while you get tired of working with their rudeness, ineptitude and lack of concern and give up, which is probably exactly what they want.
